    JULY 2025

    A Strategic UAE Mission, Led by Hon. Ayodele Olawande

    The Federal Ministry of Youth Development, led by Hon. Ayodele Olawande, embarked on a strategic visit to the United Arab Emirates to explore partnerships, foster international collaboration, and attract opportunities that will empower Nigerian youth. The mission focused on creating linkages in areas such as skills development, entrepreneurship, innovation, and global exchange programs that will position young Nigerians to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.

    NiYA (Nigerian Youth Academy)

    NiYA is a digital learning platform dedicated to empowering young Nigerians aged 18–35 with knowledge, skills, and mentorship. Through courses, resources, and interactive learning, NiYA provides opportunities for personal growth, career advancement, and entrepreneurship — building a generation of informed, capable, and future-ready youth.

    LEEP (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Employability Program)

    LEEP is designed to equip Nigerian youth with the critical skills, mindset, and practical experience needed to excel in leadership, business, and the workplace. The program focuses on developing entrepreneurial capacity, fostering innovation, and enhancing employability, thereby preparing participants to become productive contributors to the economy and society.

    The DBN Academy helps small and medium businesses in Nigeria succeed in the digital world, supporting economic growth and job creation.     CocoaConnect Africa is a specialized platform that connects stakeholders across the cocoa value chain — from farmers and processors to exporters and investors.     Youth Help Desk

    The Youth Help Desk is a dedicated support system designed to provide Nigerian youth with guidance, information, and access to opportunities in education, employment, entrepreneurship, and empowerment programs. It serves as a one-stop hub for addressing youth concerns and linking them to relevant resources.

    Youth CNG Initiative

    The Youth CNG Initiative is a government-led program that engages young Nigerians in the transition to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) adoption. It creates awareness, skills development, and entrepreneurship opportunities in the clean energy sector, positioning youth at the forefront of Nigeria’s green energy future.

    Zenith Bank Partnership

    In August 2022, we signed a long term partnership with one of Nigeria’s largest and digitally-progressive banks, Zenith Bank and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agencies of Nigeria (SMEDAN) to give financial solutions to all learners on one of our Academies - The SME Digital Academy.

    NOVEMBER 2020

    SME Digital Academy Partnership

    In November 2020 we signed with the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) to launch the first ever SME Digital Academy to Educate, Empower and Elevate Millions of MSMEs. We have trained thousands of MSMEs digitally across the 36 States in Nigeria with testimonies.

    SEPTEMBER 2022

    Nigerian Export Academy Partnership

    In partnership with the Nigerian Export and Import Bank (NEXIM) and the Federal Government of Nigeria in September 2021, we launched the first-ever National Online Academy for exporters called The Nigerian Export Academy. Our vision is to train 5 million exporters in 5 years.

    JUNE 2022

    MTN Partnership

    In June 2022, Sapphital signed a long-term partnership with Africa’s largest telecommunications company - MTN - to solve one of the biggest challenges of Online Learning which is Data. We now offer 2GB of Data for just N200 (less than $0.30) for 7 Days to all MTN subscribers that learn on our Academy for Small Businesses

    APRIL 2021

    Lorewa

    In August 2020, We built the first Online Learning Academy that is 100% Women and 100% in Local Hausa Language to empower and train millions of Arewa Women across 19 States in 2 years with practical skills and priceless knowledge to grow, improve and create wealth for themselves and the larger Arewa community. The project was unveiled in April 2021.
